How Our Model Works

Delivery Seoul sources each item to order from retailers in Korea after you check out. Because we purchase on demand and hold no return stock, all sales are final. Please review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before ordering.

Change-of-Mind Returns Are Not Accepted

By completing an order, you acknowledge that items can't be returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons, including but not limited to:

  • The item doesn't fit the way you expected
  • The color looks different from how it appeared on screen
  • You no longer want the item
  • You changed your mind after ordering

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — Fully Covered

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not matching its description, we'll make it right with a full refund and cover all return shipping. To report it:

  1. Email csdeliveryseoul@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label (DHL or FedEx).
  4. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • For final-sale items, outbound shipping is non-refundable.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover both the outbound and return shipping.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits the consumer rights granted to you under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where applicable, the following prevail over our Final Sale terms:

  • EU / UK — a 14-day cooling-off period applies (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Norway — 14-day right of withdrawal under the Angrerettloven (§21).
  • Taiwan — 7-day rescission right under the Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法 §19).
  • United Arab Emirates — 5-day return right for defective goods under Federal Law No. 15/2020.
  • Australia — consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law remain fully in effect.
  • Singapore — Lemon Law protections (6-month defect presumption) remain fully in effect.

If you're shopping from another jurisdiction, any mandatory local consumer protections still apply.
