Delivery Seoul · Ships from South Korea
Customer Service:
Effective: [2026-07-08]
Every Delivery Seoul order leaves our fulfillment center in South Korea and travels worldwide via trusted international express carriers. Below is everything you need to know about processing, rates, delivery windows, tracking, and customs.
Carriers & Coverage
We ship internationally through express services such as EMS, DHL, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination and the services available there. We deliver to most countries; where a destination isn't serviceable, we'll contact you and refund that order.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of a confirmed payment.
- We process and ship Monday–Friday, excluding Korean national holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday enter processing on the next business day.
- Processing may take a little longer during peak periods and holiday seasons.
- The moment your parcel leaves us, we'll email a shipping confirmation with the carrier name and your tracking number.
Tracking
Follow your parcel on the carrier's official website using the tracking number from your confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear — this is normal, and the gap can be longer around peak seasons and public holidays.
Shipping Rates
We charge a single, region-based flat rate per order — the fee is the same regardless of how many items you buy. Rates do not include duties or taxes charged on arrival (see Duties, Taxes & Customs).
| Destination | Flat rate (per order) |
|---|---|
| South Korea (domestic) | USD 2 |
| Asia (excluding Australia) | USD 19 |
| Europe, Oceania & other regions | USD 25 |
| United States & Canada | USD 29 |
Estimated Delivery Times
Windows are counted after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees:
| Region | Estimated delivery |
|---|---|
| Asia Pacific | 5–10 business days |
| North America | 7–14 business days |
| Europe & other regions | 10–21 business days |
Customs clearance and local courier handling may extend these windows.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
All international parcels ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis — the amount paid at checkout covers your items and shipping only, and does not include import duties, VAT, or other customs charges.
- On arrival, your parcel may undergo customs clearance, and your local authority may require payment of duties or taxes before release.
- These charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs authority, and the customer is solely responsible for them. We cannot calculate or pre-collect them.
- We are required to declare accurate contents and value for every shipment. We cannot label orders as "gifts" or under-declare their value.
- If a parcel is refused or returned because duties or taxes went unpaid, any return-shipping and customs-handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you're unsure how your country handles import charges, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
- Please confirm your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Once an order ships, address changes may no longer be possible.
- We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- If delivery fails because of a wrong address, or a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we are not responsible for reshipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Delays Outside Our Control
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit time is managed by the courier and local customs. Delays from customs inspections, carrier backlogs, weather, or other events beyond our control are the responsibility of those authorities or carriers, not Delivery Seoul.
