Welcome to delivery-korea ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Our Role as an Independent Multi-Brand Retailer

We are an independent multi-brand retailer based in the Republic of Korea. We are not an official distributor, partner, or affiliate of any brand sold on our platform. All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized domestic retail channels in Korea. Brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products offered for sale.

2. Orders & Sourcing

Each order is sourced on demand after you complete your purchase; products are not held in our stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or destinations we cannot service.

3. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch by contacting us at csdeliveryseoul@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our Returns policy (Section 5) applies.

4. Shipping, Duties & Customs

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. All international orders ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis: you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carriers.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, any return-shipping and customs-handling costs will be deducted from your refund, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Change of mind. Because each item is sourced specifically for your order, we encourage careful review of sizing and details before purchase. However, you may return an item for change-of-mind reasons (including sizing) within 7 days of delivery — or within any longer period required by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence (e.g., 14 days for consumers in the EU/UK). To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear (with hygiene seal removed), and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless defective. Items that show signs of wear or have tags removed cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at csdeliveryseoul@gmail.com promptly — ideally within 7 days of delivery — with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or a replacement at our cost.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout in the currency shown. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but may cancel and refund orders affected by clear pricing errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. User Content

By posting reviews or comments on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing purposes. You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts located in Seoul, Korea — provided that, if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws, or the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
